A Program for building Trusted Leadership

Are you building leadership into your home?  That job doesn’t belong to the teachers and coaches at school.
We are all responsible for preparing the next generation to face the challenges of tomorrow.

When we provide our families with the skills to overcome adversity, take responsibility, and outpace “average”, we create a brighter future for them.  We give them techniques and a readiness that is not being taught elsewhere.

Now you can inspire greatness, maturity, and responsibility.

There is a formula for building Leadership.

This series gives you that formula and a process to implement TRUSTED LEADERSHIP  into your family.

"The Zone gave us a clear pathway to take people from varying educational and economic backgrounds and elevate them.  This program has made me a better wife, better mom, and a better friend."
- Beth Guckenberger - Executive Director, Back2Back Ministries and Mother of 10 (biological, adopted, and foster children)

"I now get to see families treat each other as leaders instead of liabilities.  Our members are saying that "The Zone saved our marriage."  People want to hear about that.

Anyone can grab this.  These are principles we all need."
- Trevor Devage, Senior Pastor, Christ's Church at Mason

Here is what you receive inside the program...

Better Understand the Natural Style of your Family
Each member of your family has their own unique style or "Natural Gifts."  In this program we help you understand what each of those gifts mean, what makes them tick, and how to bring out their leadership behavior.

Receive your "Life In The Zone" personality profile
Use your own profile to understand how you see the world.  Give it to those around you so that they can understand how you are naturally wired.  This profile will help you communicate more effectively with others, and show them how to best communicate with you.  Additional profiles may be purchased so that your whole family understands how each other are wired.

Reduce the Level of Drama in your Family
We all deal with drama in our relationships.  Many times that drama is aused by ineffective communication between two or more people with very different styles.  This breakdown of communication can be fixed with some simple, yet effective, tools.  We call it "Moving from Gut to Guideline."

Remove the word "attitude" from your home!
Have you noticed that talking with someone about their attitude rarely results in an improvement?  We are going to show you how to never talk about someone's attitude again, yet see an improvement in it.

Support your Family by demonstrating "Trusted Leadership"
Do you wish your kids or spouse demonstrated more positive leadership?  Guess what, it all starts with what you demonstrate for them.  We are going t help you define what leadership could mean in your family, then give you some practical tools to help you live the leadership lifestyle!

Understand the Levels of Trust and Accountability
There are five levels of trust and accountability (four we use and one we don't!).  This program shows you the steps for moving between each level and what happens if you try to skip the steps.  Learn the path to trusted leadership.  As you enforce it, your kids will begin to see the path for themselves and crave the trust that comes from following the steps.

What Our Clients Are Saying

"You have no idea how this has impacted my marriage and my family.  My husband and I attended a program at our church.  We couldn't stop talking in colors the next day.  Suddenly we had the freedom to say "You are getting a little RED, honey".  Now we can turn off the drama before it ever gets started.  Instead of yelling at our kids when they act up, we now treat them as leaders and expect leadership behavior out of them.  They are not perfect, but they crave the kudos that come from acting like a leader.  I can't thank you enough for this wonderful program and the significance it has had on my family."
