The Founders
Paul Carpenter and Brian McConnell are Co-Founders of Life In The Zone. They have been friends and business partners for almost 20 years. After a corporate training at a Family Law Attorney's office, they realized just how impactful their "Human Dynamics" training could be on people's lives if it could be transformed from a corporate presentation to a family production with real-life help for those who wanted to build leadership in their families.
From there, the journey began to take this program to Churches, Community Groups, and organizations who had the same passion for developing leadership inside families. It wasn't long before thousands of attendees had gone through Zone training, and many more will continue to follow.
